The original Westphalian ham and sausage specialities of our member companies can be recognised at first glance by this sign. The seal was developed by the association protecting the interests of ham and sausage speciality producers in the region of Westphalia, Schutzgemeinschaft Westfälische Schinken- und Wurstspezialitäten e. V.. It guarantees a consistently traditional, hand-made delicacy and denotes that we are helping to preserve regional, original and natural products.
